The Electoral Board is pleased to announce the call for candidates for the election of one member from the Africa region to join the ICH NGO Forum Executive Board, which was elected in December 2024.
In compliance with the electoral rules, this election aims to select one member for the Africa region. The deadline for submitting applications is February 26, 2025 (Midnight, Western European Time, UTC+1). Applications should be submitted to the members of the Electoral Board listed below using the attached application form, duly completed, and must include a one- to two-page curriculum vitae outlining relevant ICH experience, a paragraph on the objective/agenda/statement of purpose for applying, and a letter from their NGO.
The election will be conducted online, and candidates will be presented on March 1, 2025. Voting will take place on Sunday, March 2, and Monday, March 3, 2025. The results will be announced online on Wednesday, March 5, 2025, and all members will be informed of the voting outcome.
The Electoral Officers can accept up to three candidates, and any nomination submitted after the first three candidates will not be accepted. The final vote will be to select one from these three only.

Le Conseil électoral a le plaisir d’annoncer l’appel à candidatures pour l’élection d’un membre de la région Afrique afin de rejoindre le Conseil exécutif du Forum des ONG pour le PCI, élu en décembre 2024.
Conformément aux règles électorales, cette élection vise à sélectionner un membre pour la région Afrique. La date limite de dépôt des candidatures est fixée au 26 février 2025 (minuit, heure d’Europe de l’Ouest, UTC+1). Les candidatures doivent être envoyées aux membres du Conseil électoral mentionnés ci-dessous, en utilisant le formulaire de candidature ci-joint, dûment complété. Elles doivent également inclure un curriculum vitae d’une à deux pages mettant en avant l’expérience pertinente en PCI, un paragraphe expliquant l’objectif/l’agenda/la déclaration d’intention de la candidature, ainsi qu’une lettre de l’ONG du candidat.
Les élections se dérouleront en ligne et les candidats seront présentés le 1er mars 2025. Le vote aura lieu le dimanche 2 mars et le lundi 3 mars 2025. Les résultats seront annoncés en ligne le mercredi 5 mars 2025, et tous les membres seront informés du résultat du vote.
Le Conseil électoral peut accepter jusqu’à trois candidats. Toute candidature soumise après les trois premières ne sera pas acceptée. Le vote final servira à sélectionner un candidat parmi ces trois.
