Dear members of the ICH NGO Forum,
the Electoral Board is pleased to present the list of the 13 eligible candidates for the elections of the Intangible Cultural Heritage NGO Forum Steering Committee.
We would like to thank all members for their interest and participation.
The ICH NGO Forum will hold elections of the Steering Committee on November 28th 2018 beginning at 6:00 pm. 4 members of the Steering Committee will be elected for a term of two years (2018-2020), renewable once, to represent the following regions: Africa, Asia-Pacific, Western Europe-North America, and an international NGO.
Following a resignation, one member will be elected for a one-year term (2018-2019), renewable once, to represent the Eastern Europe region.

We invite you to examine them in preparation for the elections. We remind you that only ONE candidate can be elected per region, and that candidates, or the alternate candidates, have to be present at the elections in Port-Louis, Mauritius, to be elected.
Candidates will present themselves and their NGOs shortly, as well as the contribution they wish to make to the Steering Committee, during a meeting scheduled with the members of the Forum on Monday November 26th between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm.

Le Conseil des élections est heureux de présenter la liste des 13 candidats éligibles aux élections du Comité de pilotage du Forum des ONG en patrimoine culturel immatériel (voir liste ci-jointe). Nous souhaitons remercier les membres pour leur intérêt et pour leur participation.
Le Forum des ONG-PCI tiendra les élections du Comité de pilotage le 28 novembre 2018 entre 18h00 et 20h00.
4 membres du Comité de pilotage seront élus pour un mandat de deux ans (2018-2020), renouvelable une fois, pour représenter les régions suivantes: Afrique, Asie-Pacifique, Europe de l’Ouest-Amérique du Nord, et une ONG internationale. Suite à un désistement, un membre sera élu pour un mandat d’un an (2018-2019), renouvelable une fois, pour représenter la région Europe de l’Est.

Nous vous rappelons qu’un seul candidat peut être élu par région et que les candidats, ou leur suppléant, devront être présents aux élections à Port-Louis pour être élus.
Les candidats disposeront d’une courte période pour se présenter, ainsi que leur contribution et leurs idées en tant que futur membre du Comité de pilotage lors d’une réunion prévue avec les membres du Forum le lundi 26 novembre entre 18h00 et 20h00.
