As you have requested our activities, we have sent a reply and photo of our National & International activities, games, sports, educational workshop, and Silambam trainings images (with details) to your email.
1) No “Upper” Silambam organization in India controlling other country’s Association Law.
We have no agreement with ownself claimed “Upper” level Silambam organization.
2) More than 20-30 registered and they all immediately “Self-Claimed Upper” level in India, by using Silambam with International, Sports, Federation, Committee, Association, World, Global, and many more. The government never control their names as long they switching place of their names or adding A, B, C in between.
Some in India, also registered by ownself “International Non-Olympic Committee” in India to get Silambam self-recognition & these against Rules of International Olympic Committee (IOC) in Switzerland. Very messy system.
For question about our organization:
“Silambam Asia” is a continent body under World Silambam Association (WSA). Our both organizations registered under the Ministry of Home Affairs-JPPM in MALAYSIA, and also with ACRA Regulatory Board in SINGAPORE. Especially, Silambam Asia (abide by ‘Association By-Law’) of the home country respectively in Malaysia & Singapore, “NOT” India.
Silambam is the same as Yoga – an “Indian Traditional Arts” for everyone for learning/practice, NO upper level or lower-level control body, NO decree of Silambam ownership for the person or any organization, since more than 5000 years until today.

Answer from International Silambam Committee(ISC): Silambam is Indian tradition especially Tamil tradition. We are open to discuss and prove with Old master with 7th Generation. There is no classification of Upper and Lower. Every one are equal in sport.

Answer from International Silambam Committee (ISC) Above statement is wrong since Silambam is not from Malaysia or Singapore. It is the tradition of Indian especially Tamilnadu. World Silambam Association is not a organization of Indian Tradition and also In Malaysia & Singapore have multiple organization they them self claiming as recognized.

Answer from International Silambam Committee (ISC): I hope he is not aware of the sports bodies since International Non-Olympic Committee is second larger organization and also appreciated by many world leader from around the world (Ref: http://www.non-olympic.org). Yes It is indian body supported by various country governments and also International Non-Olympic Committee (INOC) is only organization declared Silambam Day not any other organization. World Silambam Association have two organization in India fighting each other but how he can claim, I am confused, One more important Objective in Silambam there equal opportunity for all. there is no upper claims and lower class.
So, please request you don’t consider any wrong statement since Silambam is the Indian Tradition especially Tamilnadu.
