The Overall Results Framework (ORF) to UNESCO’s 2003 Convention offers a global framework to set the course, direction and goals for everyone working around the Convention.
In 2018, the ORF was launched as a common framework for monitoring the evolution and impact of the 2003 Convention globally. It can inspire, influence and guide national ICH policies as well as other stakeholders in the Convention. Thus it can also be a framework for NGOs’ own strategic development.
NGOs contribute to the goals of the ORF in multiple ways, and they can contribute greatly to the realisation of the ORF and also enrich periodic reporting.
In this webpage of the ICH NGO Forum, we will share information and tools to assist you.
